Important Move-Out Information for Residents
ATTENTION: Residents of Wildcat Commons & University Housing
Attention all residential students of Fort Valley State University’s Wildcat Commons & University Housing, it is mandatory to have all personal belongings removed from the premises no later than May 9th, 2008 at 12PM. However, students that will be attending summer school will be allowed to return and move in on May 16th, 2008.
All students must follow outlined move out procedures before you leave the premises on May 9th, 2008. If any student fails to process the appropriate paperwork for the move out inspection, they will be held accountable for all damages that the administrative personnel find within their assigned room during inspection without dispute.
Each students needs to report to Wildcat Commons or University Housing personnel to make an appointment for check out beginning on May 1st-May 8th. Please remember if you fail to follow move out inspections procedures you will be held financially responsible.
